The availability of Care Portal access on enterprise is defined by the study configuration. For further information on your study configuration, talk to your Study team or account manager.
The Care Portal has a 4-level hierarchy structure composed of the Organization (Care Portal Client Account), Study, Site, and Participant. For users in this plan, under an Organization, there could be different Studies, and under each Study, there could be different Sites. Each Site may have multiple Participants.
Studies and Sites are not limited to one, depending on the configuration requested by the Organization.
If a research or healthcare professional is unable to view a specific Site under the Study, check with your account manager to verify the correct configuration and permissions.
